Pre-printed 2-sided forms make it easy for techicians to introduce homeowners to your Home Maintenance Reminder service and sign them up. They simply need to tear off a sheet, take it inside with their job paperwok and give it to the homeowner to read while servicing their equipment. The letter on the front explains the service and its benefits, so all the technician needs to do is answer any questions they may have. The customer fills out the top of the form and the tech fills can designate up to three parts in their home's system that need regular replacing. The tech can recommend the frequency with which reminders should be sent reminding the customer to replace each item based on conditions in the home or special needs.

Customers can choose to print the reminder and locate the product themselves or they can buy it from you and have it delivered right to their doorstep.
